These terms govern your use of vigor-rise.com and any purchase of Vigor Rise through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any content. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
2. Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, package contents, and promotions are shown at checkout and may change without notice, but the price you are charged is the price shown when you order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, and will refund any charge in that event.
3. This is a dietary supplement
Vigor Rise is a dietary supplement, not a drug. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 4. Authorized distribution
vigor-rise.com is the authorized US distribution portal for Vigor Rise for the current production cycle. Genuine Vigor Rise is sold only here. We are not responsible for products bought from unauthorized resellers, and such purchases are not covered by our guarantee.
5. Intellectual property
The Vigor Rise name and logo are trademarks of Vantegrove Vitality Group, LLC. All site content, including text, graphics, and layout, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantegrove Vitality Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
